Imagine if Jesus, His Apostles, and Paul were apathetic and did not “reprove the world of sin?” Yet this is what “Christians” are called to do. (2 Timothy 4:1-5) It is disobedient to preach only what our Lord said in John 3:16 and not include what He said in the same breath through verse 21.
This is not 1776, when America was permeated with Biblical moral virtue. America is currently permeated with “progressive political correctness,” which requires relinquishing Biblical moral virtue. As Christians we must confront unfounded doctrine with the same Biblical moral virtue the Declaration of Independence challenged England for violating “the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God.”
Christians can no longer kowtow to false claims of hate and intolerance. Instead of being defensive, must boldly go on the offense and disallow tactics of deflecting and defaming in order to deter from learning by what foundation, if any, supersedes “the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God.” What is the “progressive” foundation? How do secular humanists determine the rules and boundaries if not by “the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God?” What is the basis that secular humanists use for determining and justifying regulations, mandates, laws and “Rights?“
- Let us pray as did America’s Founders for the support and restoration of the Declaration principles, and with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, and mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.
