And He said to them, “It is written, ‘My house shall be called a house of prayer,’ but you have made it a ‘den of thieves.’” (Matthew 21:13)
Before we pressure legislators to put prayer back in schools, can we make prayer a priority in our own lives and begin to call for prayer meetings in our Churches once again? Before we protest the Ten Commandments being taken out of a courthouse in Alabama, let’s put them into practice in our everyday lives.
